Home at Last Antiques

This mother and daughter duo have always had a passion for antiques that tell a story.  From generations back, too far to count, antiques have evolved from a way of life, to now, a passion.  Jill’s true passion is primitive furniture.  We are often amazed at how seemingly mute objects can still have a voice and tell a story.

Just a few of the types of things you'll find from Jill and Mary are:

  • Primitive farm tables
  • Old, wood boxes and crates
  • Dry sinks
  • Jelly cupboards
  • Pie safes
  • Cubby hole cabinets
  • Hoosier cabinets
  • Dough bowls
  • Old, wood ladders
  • Architectural items
  • Vintage signs
  • Folk art / Americana
  • Antique rugs and MUCH more!

While we love to find old gems immediately ready to take their spot in a retail space…many of our authentic antique pieces need structural and /or cosmetic work. Within that time spent on a piece he or she will often reveal the most appropriate path back to restoration one should follow.  While most traditional antique dealers revel in the “hunt”, we find an equal amount of enjoyment in our pieces finding the “right forever home”.   We look forward to sharing our “home” with you.

P.S.  We would be completely remise if we did not mention the immense gratitude that feel DAILY for our husbands; the 2 Davids.  This enterprise would be lost without their pushing, pulling, lifting, dragging, two-wheeling, scrubbing, cramming, sawing, nailing, sweating, freezing, and letting loose with the occasional “colorful” word.

Her passion includes anything with old and original paint, such as cupboards, dry sinks, farm tables, galvanized tin buckets and washtubs, linens, cutting boards, folk art, and much more.
